Bus service replacing railway/tramway transport in connection with ad hoc assignments

Sporveien Oslo AS (The Oslo Metro Network)

The Oslo Metro Network wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements which shall cover the requirement for bus service replacing railway/tramway transport in connection with ad hoc assignments.
The assignments will vary in scope and length, and includes transport of the tramway's and underground's passengers, in connection with i.a.
— Traffic hold-ups.
— Lack of available railway coaches and/or personnel.
Provided that the contracting authority has received suitable tenders, a minimum of 3 framework agreements will be entered into.
Simultanously with this process, the Oslo Metro Network shall enter into framework agreements that shall cover the requirement for bus services replacing railway/tramway transport when deviations are scheduled. In this context a deviation is considered scheduled if the Oslo Metro Network learns about the deviation well before the deviation takes place. This means that it is enough time to prepare a tender contest and distribute the tender documents to the tenderers six weeks before the deviation is scheduled. This defines the interface between the two framework agreements that applies to bus service replacing railway/tramway transport, and the interface will be vital for which framework agreement each assignment falls under.
