Bøler School is a three-parallel 1-10 school The school was constructed in 1957. It comprises four buildings with a total gross area of 7 391 m². A ventilation system was installed in the 90's. In 2014-2015 a climate screen project was implemented, with U values close to passive house levels. The school now appear as new externally, and shall, after the project is completed, appear as ‘new’ internally, and contain technical systems in accordance with prevailing requirements. . All technical systems as well as surfaces shall be renewed. An adaptation to universal design shall also be implemented. A furnishing project shall also be completed. This is executed directly by the building owner and will be transferred to the contractor. There are some exceptions to the contract. These exceptions are listed in the description. The assignment shall be conducted as an engineering, procurement and construction contract in a partnering model. The assignment shall be in accordance with the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property's contract which is based on NS (Norwegian Standard) 8407. However, this is to some degree adjusted in order to adapt to the partnering model.

A Company Registration Certified must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.
The declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form, see attachment 1.
The HSE self-declaration must not be more than 6 months old.
The tenderer is obliged to require a similar declaration for all underlying sub-contractors.

Tax and VAT certificate (tax certificate).
Tax and VAT certificate(s) must be provided with the tender, showing the status for payment of:
Tax, advanced payments, garnishments, employers' national insurance contributions and VAT.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit equivalent certificate(s).
Missing tax and VAT certificate(s) will result in rejection of the tender.
The certificates must not be older than 6 months, from the day the certificates are available for the contracting authority.
