Nasjonalt Folkehelseinstitutt (FHI) (The Norwegian Institute of Public Health)

FHI shall procure an autoclave that shall be used for destruction of P3 agents, both bacteria as well as viruses, e.g. tuberculosis bacteria, Bacillus anthracis, Brucella sp and Burkholderia pseudomallei. The autoclave shall also be used for sterilisation.

The tenderer shall have the tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement: Tax Certificates which are not older than six months from the tender deadline.

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement:

A credit assessment that is not more than six months old from the tender deadline, from an approved credit rating institution. The credit rating must contain key figures from the company's last two financial years.

The tenderer can instead choose to attach annual accounts from the last two years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.

If the annual accounts for 2014 is not complete and laid open to public inspection by the time of the tender deadline, the provisional figures for 2014 should be submitted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have experience from equivalent deliveries.

Documentation requirement:

A list with an overview of equivalent deliveries the previous three years. The list shall as a minimum contain:

— the name of the customer,

— the contract value and scope,

— the delivery date,

— a short description of the delivery, including delivery of products and service.
