Assistance (external consultant) to the role as project owner/project accountant for the preliminary engineering design of a new national emergency control centre for the Norwegian Police

The assignment include assistance to the Ministry of Justice and Public Security in the project owner management and the preliminary engineering design of a new national emergency control centre for the Norwegian Police's national standby resources. The objective of the procurement is to ensure high quality project owner management and a successful preliminary engineering design service.
The contracting authority requests two consultants:
— 1 consultant who shall provide assistance to the Ministry with engineering design management.
— 1 consultant that shall provide assistance with project accounting.
The estimated scope of the assignment is 600-800 hours over a 2 year period for assistance in connection with project owner management and 1 800-2 200 hours over a 2 year period as a project accountant. Both contracts will be entered into with unilateral option for prolongation of the contract for the Ministry in connection with possibly detailed engineering design and implementation.
