The Contracting Authority invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with entering into framework agreement for the purchase of hobby and art materials for the participating municipalities' organisations. The agreement shall apply for two years with an option on 1 year + 1 year. All of the participating municipalities organisations are obliged to undertake purchases with the tender with whom the framework agreement is entered into, and the selected tenderer is, after orders are placed by the individual organisations, obliged to deliver in accordance with the framework agreement.

Requirement: Tax certificate for tax and VAT: Requirement: The tenderer must have delivered their tax statements and paid taxes and employer contribution. Documentation: Tax certificate for tax and VAT. The certificate shall not be older than six months calculated from the deadline for submission of applications. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-contractors, tax certificates for tax and VAT must also be provided for them.

Experience is required from equivalent assignments with a large number of delivery points and similar total scope. Documentation: A list of the two principal deliveries or services performed during the last two years, including information about scope, date and name of the organisation.

Implementation ability — personnel requirement. The tenderer is required to demonstrate a good ability to implement the assignment in accordance with the needs of the client. The tenderer is therefore required to have sufficient capacity to be able to implement the assignment. Documentation: Overview of the total number of man years, with competence on the products included in this delivery.

Procedures for environmental management: The assignment requires tenderers who have procedures and systems that ensure the execution of the delivery has a low environmental impact. Documentation: (Shall be provided in one of the following manners) Description of the business's procedures and systems connected to environment, chemical selection and handling, traceability of raw goods, recycling/minimising of packaging. If the routines are described in the company's quality or environmental management system according to ISO 14001 or an equivalent third party verified systems, a valid certificate, as well as copy of the established relevant routines must be submitted.
