Analysis of Water Tests of Limed Waterways

The procurement concerns analysis of water tests taken in connection with liming of rivers and lakes. The Contracting Authority shall undertake laboratory water chemical analysis of regular water tests taken upstream and downstream of liming in acidification affected waterways. The analyses shall be carried out according to specified sequences (a, b and c sequence), where different parameter ranges are involved in each sequence. The water tests will be sent to the Contracting Authority via mail and the analytical results must be available by specified deadlines. The Contracting Authority is responsible for acquiring and labelling test bottles and sending these to the samplers. The analytical results shall be sent via email in accordance with the recipient list, loaded in databases, presented in tables and graphs and combined in a single annual report.
The assignment duration will be from 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2017 with an option for extension of 1 year + 1 year.

The following deliveries/sub deliveries/activities are involved in the assignment:— Sending of labelled test bottles to field personnel/samplers. The number of despatches of test bottles in the agreement period will be clarified by the Contracting Authority but shall occur at least 2 times a year.— Ongoing despatch of analytical results for pH and calcium on email to contact persons named in the address list. Deadline 4 days after the consultant receives the water sample.— Ongoing entry of the analytical results in database as stated in Annex 1.— Send quarterly overview to the customer of received water samples (which of the fixed water sample have come in and not come in). Deadline 1 March, 1 June, 1 September and 2 January. If the deadline falls on a weekend/holy day, the 1st ordinary business day after this will apply.— Registration of the analytical results in the professional application Vannmiljø a minimum of 2 times per annum.— Annual report for each calender year by 1 February.
