An engineering design group for the engineering design of the new Risil School

Vestby municipality wishes to enter into an agreement regarding an engineering design group (PG) for the engineering design of the new Risil School and demolition of the existing Risil Lower Secondary School.The engineering design group and the contracting authority shall assess whether or not the demolition contract shall be subject to a separate contract or be included as a part of the turnkey contract (one or 2 procurement(s)/contract(s) with the executing section).The contracting authority requests tenders from one company that, in accordance with requirements, engage other companies in order to cover all functions in the engineering design group. (statements of commitment shall be submitted in accordance with agreements with other companies).The engineering design works shall be divided in the following phases:— Phase 1 — a draft/preliminary project with application for general permission;— Phase 2 — Preparation of requirement specifications and drafts for the turnkey contract, as well as descriptions.Tender documents for equipment and furniture shall also be prepared.This applies to IT, sound and AV equipment and furniture.— Phase 3 — Detailed engineering design — option.The option for phase 3 gives the contracting authority right to, but no obligation, to transfer phase 3.An environmental clearance report will be prepared by Vestby municipality.It has not yet been decided if the project shall be designed in accordance with the Passive House Standard (NS 3701:2012) or in accordance with the energy requirements given in TEK 10.The contracting authority therefore requests 2 alternative tenders, c.f. the tender form.See the room and function plan for the school, annex 1. The engineering design group shall base the work on this and further develop the project.
