The procurement's scope concerns the operation of server platform and applications for Boligbygg with the correct capacity and security levels in accordance with Boligbygg's requirement for availability and predictable service levels for the users.
Boligbygg has around 120 employees at an office location in Wergelandsveien 1-3, by Slottsparken. We have also hired project resources in connection with major rehabilitation and property development projects. Currently, approximately 25 hired project resources.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— The tenderer must be a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. Boligbygg reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information (Annual Financial Statements including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's fiscal figures).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Good experience from similar assignments/contracts.
— Overview of the tenderer's most important, relevant operations assignments in the last 5 years, including:
a) who was the contracting authority;
b) what work was carried out;
c) the value of the work;
d) date of execution;
e) name/telephone number of the contact person.
Attached overview of relevant reference projects can possibly be used. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the references.
Sufficient capacity and suitable competence to carry out the contract
— An overview shall be given of the company's total manpower, and in which areas the tender offers services.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.
— The tenderer shall give a brief description of their quality assurance system, (maximum 5 pages) including advising of which standard framework the tenderer bases their deliveries on. If there are certificate's for the tenderer's quality assurance system, for example ISO certification, this should be attached.
