Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company Registration Certificate.
(2) Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the service provider is established.
(3) Requirement to submit tax certificate for VAT (National requirement).
(4) Requirement to submit a tax certificate for tax (National requirement).
(5) Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Regulations concerning HSE (National requirement).
The service provider shall have an orderly system in relation to payment of taxes and VAT. The service provider shall submit an HSE self-declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
(2) Presentation of the company's annual financial statement or extracts thereof
(3) Statement of the company's turnover for the last few years, with relevance to this contract
(4) Other: Documentation: Credit appraisal/rating not older than 3 months (from the deadline for receipt of tenders). The appraisal/rating shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating shall include a definition of the classification that the credit rating institution uses.

If for valid reasons the service provider is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the service provider may prove the economical and financial standing with any other document that the contracting authority is able to accept.

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
Tenderers are required to be credit worthy,

— D&B/Soliditet – A.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Staffing for this assignment (organisation chart) with names and CVs for key personnel who will perform the assignment.
(2) The company's most important assignments during the last 3 years, including values, dates and recipients.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Considerable competence is required within the profession and relevant experience from equivalent assignments.
Kontraktutførelse
Juridisk form som skal antas av gruppen av økonomiske operatører som kontrakten skal tildeles til: Joint and several liability.
Andre særlige vilkår:
Service providers must have a licence for operating an insurance company in Norway, either through a licence from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway or through an equivalent licence from the country of origin. Border crossing entities must be registered at the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. Agent companies must be registered in the producer's agent register and documented in accordance with the ‘Insurance Arrangements Act’.
