A temporary education pavilion at Løvås oppveksttun, engineering, procurement and construction contract

Temporary relief premises shall be erected in the form of a pavilion building, which shall at first function as relief premises for Varden school. The pavilion building shall be situated at an existing school site at Løvås oppveksttun, Nebbeveien 1.
An approx. 4 600 m² gross pavilion building shall be established for approx. 350 pupils, with 3 floors in accordance with the attached floor plan, site plan with a terrain cross section and function description, as well as other annexes.
The pavilion can be adapted to the supplier's modules when preparing the work drawings under the management of the turnkey contractor, but this must not deviate significantly from the building owner's proposal for the main form (outer restrictions) and location/size of the area and functions.
The Contracting Authority expects the pavilion to be established as soon as possible, at the turn of the year 2015-2016, at the latest and that it is in operation for 10-15 years, at the latest., The tender notice involves:
Construction and procurement of a pavilion building.
The pavilion shall be situated at an existing school site at Løvås oppveksttun, Nebbeveien 1, 5144 Fyllingsdalen A geological report has been prepared.
The assignment shall be carried out as an engineering, procurement and construction contract based on the attached tender documentation.
The tender must include all relevant disciplines including technical installations, but not ‘mobile’ fittings (user equipment). The foundations and terrain work shall be included in the tender including development of temporary outside areas.
The measure will be within the existing development plan's limitations.
The assignment shall be carried out as an engineering, procurement and construction contract, including terrain work and protection works, connection to external technical infrastructure, foundations and delivery and assembly of complete modules.
