A ski track groomer for the Holmenkollen National Ski Arena

The objective of the procurement is to make sure that Oslo municipality has machine capacity to safeguard the obligations related to grooming the ski tracks in the Holmenkollen National Ski Arena, with the standard and quality required for international world cup arrangements and championships. The World Championship in biathlon, which is held in the Holmenkollen National Ski Arena in 2016, is a central part of this contract.
At present, Oslo municipality does not have sufficient capacity on large grooming machines which is necessary for ensuring the municipality's obligations in relation to grooming of ski tracks used in international competitions in the Holmenkolle National Ski Arena. The Municipality requires a broad ski track grooming machine with 4 track settings and separate milling machines, in order to ensure the municipality's deliveries of tracks that comply with the quality requirements given by the International Ski Federation (FIS) and the International Biathlon Union (IBU).

— The tenderer shall orderly conditions in relation to tax and VAT payments:
• Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit evaluations.

If, for valid reasons, the tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove the economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority finds acceptable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— It is required that the tenderer has, previously, delivered equivalent/corresponding machines to other facilities.
A list of equivalent/corresponding deliveries the previous three years. The list shall contain a description of type of machinery and reference persons.
The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the reference person.
