The contract also includes the replacement of 21 OP45-PLC installations for outstations.’The contract involves i.a.:— A complete system specification, programming/configuration and implementation of FAT for the total system in the contractor's premises.— Engineering design, delivery and installation SAT and commissioning of a complete remote control system located in the control room at the Water and Sewage Agency.— Engineering design, delivery and installation, SAT and commissioning of a complete operational control functionality (a terminal operated production program (TOPP) system, only) as an integrated part of the remote control system located in the control room at the Water and Sewage Agency.— Engineering design, delivery and installation, SAT and commissioning of a complete PLC system in 21 sewage outstations with communication functionality to the remote control system.— Engineering design, delivery and installation, SAT and commissioning of a communication functionality towards the New SARA (the New Stjørdal sewage treatment plant).— Engineering design, delivery and installation, SAT and commissioning of a communication functionality towards the New SARA (the New Stjørdal sewage treatment plant) and Halsøen APS (Halsøen Sewage Pumping Station).Disassembly, engineering design, delivery and assembly, SAT and commissioning of an operational control functionality for Hjelset VBA (Hjelset Water Treatment Plant).— Preparation of the engineering design documentation for the contract;— Preparation of a complete library with standard objects, PLC and HMI;— Implementation of system tests, adjustment and commissioning of all process functions and ancillary systems;— Implementation of a DV system where all objects in the remote control system shall be defined;— Complete MOM (Management, Operation and Maintenance) documentation for the contract.All cabling works and coupling of equipment in the contract are not included in the tender.’Note: Annexes 4 and 5 will be submitted upon requests.
