Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Documentation requirement no. 1 — Company Registration Certificate. Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement no. 2 — Tax and VAT certificate. Requirement: The tenderer shall be up to date with payment of VAT, taxes and duties.
Documentation requirement no. 3 — HSE self-declaration. Requirement: Tenderers shall submit a statement that the tenderer meets, or if awarded the contract, will meet legal requirements in Norway in regard to health, safety and environment.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Documentation requirement no. 4 — Credit rating from D&B or an equivalent credit rating company. The credit rating must not be lower than score A. If the credit rating is not available, the company's last annual report and recent information of relevance to the company's accounting figures should be attached. Requirement: Tenderers shall have adequate solidity.

A tenderer can rely on the financial and economic position of other companies to comply with this qualification requirement. This applies regardless of the legal connection between the tenderer and the enterprise/enterprises. If the tenderer wishes to rely on other companies' economic and financial position, documentation from the company/companies shall be presented. The documentation shall be in accordance with the point regarding ‘Documentation requirement: The tenderer's economic and financial position’. A statement of obligation shall also be enclosed with the tender. If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove the economic and financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the contracting authority. If the tenderer can justify such valid reason, the contracting authority shall be contacted in order to clarify other acceptable documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Documentation requirement no. 5 — Overview of the most important deliveries during the last three years for the type of equipment included in the tender documentation, hereunder the contract values, time frame and recipients. Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient experience from similar contracts.

A tenderer may rely on the experience of other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement. This applies regardless of the legal connection between the tenderer and the enterprise/enterprises. If the tenderer wishes to rely on other companies' experience, documentation from the company/companies shall be presented. The documentation shall be in accordance with the point regarding ‘Documentation requirement: The tenderer's experience’. Furthermore, the obligation declaration included with the tender documentation must be completed and attached to the tender. If the amounts are to be seen as confidential, they can be given as approx. amounts, or as intervals, for example, 500 000 NOK-1 000 000 NOK, below/above 1 000 000 NOK, etc.
