Flytoget AS would like to procure a mobile and internet ticketing system, with maintenance services. Flytoget AS would like to use new and modern technology in order to improve and expand our current customer offering.
The award for the winning service provider is a development contract and a 3 year contract for maintenance, with an option for an extension for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time.
The tender contest shall be implemented as a negotiated procedure in 2 stages, where this tender notice is stage 1. In this stage, the service provider shall submit an application for participation and shall answer and submit documentation described in the ‘Pre-qualification document’.
Deadline for submitting applications to pre-qualification is set to 25.2.2015 at 16:00 hrs.
Flytoget emphasise that only documentation on qualification requirements shall be submitted in this round.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The service provider shall have good creditworthiness which shows the creditworthiness that ensure the implementation of the delivery. Service providers must document this by enclosing a credit report from a certified credit rating company such as Bisnode, D&B or an equivalent company.

Tenderers shall confirm that full responsibility is taken for compliance with PCI-DSS limited to all components that process or store card data, as well as methods for system development.
