Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1a. The tenderer must be a legitimate company, have orderly conditions regarding payment of tax and VAT.
Documentation requirement:
— Certificate on tax and VAT can be obtained from Altinn.
1b. The tenderer is required to have a functioning HSE system
— HSE declaration which is no more than 12 months old (annex G).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
As a minimum requirement, the tenderer must not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings, debt negotiations or liquidation or have suspended activity.
A credit rating from Bisnode (www.crediteasy.no) with a minimum score of 3 is required. For companies without a score in the Bisnode database, the Contracting Authority will consider the accounting figures in the database and, if necessary, obtain external assistance to assess the tenderer's economic and financial position. Tenderers with temporarily reduced credit rating due to notified fission/fusion or similar cases, may still be approved.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
3a. Experience and good references from at least three similar assignments during the past three years, are required. Equivalent assignments are defined as repairs and maintenance (including assembly and disassembly of both electrical operated and manual) awnings, Venetian blinds and screens for/to a contracting authority of equivalent size.

Documentation requirements: the tenderer must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the past three years, including information concerning value, date and recipient (name and e-mail). The references will only be contacted if necessary.
