The Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings is a municipal enterprise owned by Oslo kommune to develop, build, operate, and maintain purpose-built buildings. As of January 2011 the total building area is approximately 900 000 m
The framework agreement shall meet the contracting authority's requirements for consultancy services in relation to energy/environment, ENØK (energy economising) and energy labelling/assessments.
Antall eller omfang:
Without obligation to the Contracting Authority, the contract value is estimated to be 4 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT for the entire contract period. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The supplier must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
The company's last two Financial Statements including notes, management's annual reports and auditing reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain credit evaluations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and suitable manpower for implementation of the assignment for the following disciplines:
a) energy labelling;
b) energy assessment;
c) ENØK (energy economising) analyses for buildings and;
d) general consultancy services in relation to environment and energy economising.
Overview of the tenderer's total manpower.
Overview of competence and experience of the manpower relevant for assignments for the following disciplines:
The service provider shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.
List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients.
Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the services that will be provided.
Certificate of the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies which certify that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001.
Instead of certificates, other equivalent documentation on quality assurance measures may be accepted. We request information regarding the name of the system and to have a detailed table of contents as well as an explanation of how the system is used in practice.
