A framework agreement for procurement and assistance in connection with a centralised operational control system, automatic controls and field equipment

Trondheim kommune (Trondheim municipality)

The existing main control systems (top system) is based on servers placed in a technical network included Trondheim municipality's intranet (TK-net). These servers receive, process and communicate data from auxiliary control systems located in the buildings to clients included in the TK-net.
The supplier may achieve a VPN supplier access to servers included in the technical network.
At present Trondheim municipality has approx. 155 properties with centralises operational control systems. Some of these are old and outdated. Trondheim municipality owns centralised operational control systems delivered by numerous different suppliers. The centralised operational control systems from four-five of the suppliers with most installations, are centralised.
The systems are operated centrally from Trondheim municipality and backup of servers are performed, whilst backups of configurations/programmes in the controller/ auxiliary control systems at the locations are not. At present there are no routines on updating software (SW) or firmware (FW) on controllers/auxiliary control systems.
