Osloskolen is currently announcing new framework agreements for management support and management development, organisation analysis and organisation development. We believe in systematically evaluating implemented measures and would therefore like to have service providers who can assist with the evaluation of implemented and/or completed measures within these disciplines and other areas that can be relevant for our schools, service locations and departments.
The evaluation can include the following themes, amongst others:
— Target achievement;
— Measures;
— Effects;
— Costs;
— Review of statistical analyses;
— Benefit realisation.

The contracting authority would like the flexibility to choose the best suited service provider for the assignment in question for call-offs under NOK 50 000.

For assignments over NOK 50 000, the contracting authority will hold mini competitions between the 3 framework agreement service providers. (See a more detailed description in the enclosures to the framework agreement's annex 2.).

— The service provider shall be a legally established company — Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.

— The service provider must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

— The company's last annual report.

— The service provider shall be credit worthy. Credit rating, not older than 1 year, based on the last known accounting figures.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The service provider shall be creditworthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Relevant experience from similar assignments.

— List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the recipients.

— Service providers are required to have a good ability to fulfil the contract. A description of the capacity and professional qualifications. An overview of the company's total manpower within the discipline is wanted for the capacity.

With regard to qualifications, a brief overview of general relevant expertise at the service provider is requested.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The tenderer is required to have a good ability to carry out the contract.
