Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement for Norwegian tenderers:
— Company Registration Certificate.
Documentation requirement for foreign tenderers:
— Confirmation that the Tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.
The tenderer must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation requirement: Tax Certificates not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Tax certificates are defined as:
For Norwegian tenderers:
— Certificate for tax and VAT issued by the Tax Office (joint certificate — a new system that became effective 1.10.2014).
For foreign tenderers:
— Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have their tax and duty payments in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The statement shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/person responsible for finance.

The tenderer must fulfil Norwegian HSE requirements for work that is carried out in Norway.
Documentation requirement:
— A completed and signed HSE statement in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 17-5 Preferably use the attached template, see Annex 2.
Tenderers shall follow the 8 fundamental ILO conventions and there shall be continual systematic work to ensure that the company's sub suppliers comply with the requirements.

Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
Documentation requirement:
The tenderer's 2 latest complete accounts including notes. The documents' validity must be confirmed by a signature from the tenderer's Financial Director (manager) and an auditor.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall:
1) have relevant experience with deliveries of corresponding equipment, or
2) relevant experience with extensive use of corresponding equipment.
