The objective of the procurement is to prepare a preliminary project in relation to the upgrading of the Tollbugata street. In addition, the water and sewage network in the street shall also be upgraded.
Based on the Bymiljøetaten's (BYM) and the Vann- og avløpsetaten's (VAV) requirements for upgrading, a preliminary project shall be prepared which describes BYM's and VAV's plants and interface to other participants' plants. The preliminary project shall identify and describe all necessary measures in the ground, on street level and above street level, which will be affected in order to carry out the project. This includes safeguarding the affected house owners' operations in their buildings, motorists, pedestrians, cyclists and public transport, during the construction period. A calculation shall be prepared, divided between BYM and VAV, which shall form the basis for the investment decision.
