Nordland county invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the laundry and transport of employees' workwear in the dental health service. The service contract shall ensure professional, quality and environmental treatment of workwear.
There are a total of approx. 290 employees divided between 55 dental clinics in entire Nordland county. The contracting authority's estimate of the extent is based on the number of employees, 2 items per employee per day, with each employee working 48 weeks per annum.
The procurement is divided up into seven (one competition per region) and tenders shall be submitted for all the dental clinics in the region in question. Tenders can be submitted for 1 or several regions.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
K 01 Tax certificate. Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their assignments and paid their tax and payroll tax. Documented by: A tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months old. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. The certificate can be ordered and obtained from altinn.no. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. Foreign tenderers shall submit a certificate from equivalent authorities in their home country.

K 02 Company Registration Certificate — Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
K 03 HSE self-declaration — Requirement: The tenderer shall vouch for the company working systematically to comply with the health, environment and safety legislation and that they comply with the internal control regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the company is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the contracting authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding of health, environment and safety. K 04 Tenderers must not be in debt negotiations or have petitioned bankrupt on the tender deadline. This must be documented with: A self-declaration from the tenderer.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
K 05 Tenderers must have sufficient finances at the tender deadline to fulfil the contract. Documentation: Accounts certified by an auditor or an external accountant, if possible supplemented with a guarantee of operation from a bank or the controlling company. The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating which will be used in the evaluation of the tender.
