Most of the activities and administration are in Langmyrvegen.The premises in Langmyrvegen shall be comprehensively renewed and expanded, a considerable part of the existing buildings shall be demolished and a new building shall be constructed that connects the existing buildings that are to be kept.When the project is completed, all the college's activities will be at Langmyra. The college will have a capacity of 950 pupils and 200 employees.The site and neighbouring buildings:The site is approx. 38.24 decares and it is situated between Solbakken and Langmyrvegen, north east of the centre of Molde.The site is surrrounded by housing on all sides, but towards the north west there is a food shop and towards the east there is a zone that is regulated for leisure purposes.Orientation, sun and wind:The site is on a slope from north west to south east. The south side of the buildings receive a lot of sun and have a fantastic view of the Romsdal alps. The predominant wind direction is north west, so the site's attractive outside areas are not particularly exposed to the wind.Topography and vegetation:The site has an internal height difference of approx. 20 m from the north western part to the south western part. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Work that will be carried out after E02 has been transported to E20. This work is described as an ‘option’.
Option 2 in E02 is transported to E20 as a sub contract when E20 joins the construction site and continues thereafter as a sub contract (UE) under E20. The contract part of E02 (contract and possibly option 1) will be settled in accordance with the actual amounts that have been carried out and taken over directly by the builder.
Option 2 in E02 is transported to E20 as a sub contract when E20 joins the construction site and continues thereafter as a sub contract (UE) under E20. The contract part of E02 (contract and possibly option 1) will be settled in accordance with the actual amounts that have been carried out and taken over directly by the builder.
A provisional interface in E02 between the contract and option 2 has been defined. This will be adapted to the actual start-up of E20 with a measurement of the amounts.
