2015-36 RAM Feed concentrates for Gjermundnes Upper Secondary School

Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune extends an invitation to open tender contest for the purchase of feed concentrates for Gjermundnes Upper Seconary School.
The school owns and works approximately 300 decare of cultivated soil, leases in addition approx. 100 decare of cultivated soil and has approx. 1000 decare of productive forest.
The school has the following livestock husbandry:
— Milk production with quota of 170 000 kg;
— Piglet production with 16 breeding sows;
— Sheep pen with 35 winter fed sheep;
— Stalls with 25 stabled horses.
The Contracting Authority also has a nursery with 900 m² of heated greenhouse. Mostly flowers and plants are produced here. The school also has approximately 10 x 1/4 acres with potatoes and outdoor vegetables.

The agreement shall begin as soon as possible and shall have a duration of 2 years, with an option for extending the agreement for up to 2 new years, 1 year at a time (2+1+1).

The tenderer shall work systematically to fulfil the requirements of the Health, Safety and Environment legislation: — HSE self-declaration, Annex 6 (to be signed by the General Manager and Chief Employee Representative)
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company: — Company Registration Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprise [Foretaksregisteret].

The tenderer must document financial implementation ability. Tenderers must as a minimum have a rating of A: — The Contracting Authority will obtain a rating from Bisnode (https://www.soliditet.no/) for documentation on financial implementation ability.
