Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune invites tenders to a tender contest where the objective is to enter into an agreement for the delivery of 7 turning lathes and 1 CNC-operated cutting machine. The contracting authority expects that the delivery of the offered equipment is carried out prior to the start of the new school year, i.e. June 2015, at the latest.
The contract is divided into 2 parts:
— Part 1: Manually-operated turning lathes;
— Part 2: A CNC-operated cutting machine.
See the minimum requirements and criteria (award criteria) for each sub-delivery, for further information of the requirements and specifications.
The tenderer must state in the tender letter and in the Mercell system, which part(s) the tender applies.
If the tenderer, in the tender letter, verifies that he will submit tenders for several sub-deliveries, the tenderer must also submit tenders for each sub-delivery in the Mercell system, as well as upload the complete tender documents.

During summer 2015, shall the Sixth forms of comprehensive school 2 Industrial engineering, relocate to a new workshop building 4 at Kristiansund sixth forms of comprehensive school. Kristiansund sixth forms of comprehensive school will require a CNC-operated cutting machine with a cutting board. The cutting machine shall be used for training in the subject production at the sixth forms of comprehensive school 1 engineering and industrial production and technical and general subjects and the sixth forms of comprehensive school 2 technical and general subjects and Industrial engineering as well as mechanical disciplines at the sixth forms of comprehensive school 2 and the sixth forms of comprehensive school 3 automation, in accordance with the subject…
… curriculum.The training is directed toward the local workshop industry as wall as the shipbuilding industry and offshore-based industry in the region. Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall be up to date with payment of taxes and duties:
— Tax/VAT certificate (Certificate issued by the Tax Officer (form RF-1244)) that is not more than 6 months old.
The tenderer shall work systematically to fulfil the requirements of the Health, Safety and Environment legislation:
— HSE self-declaration, Annex 2 (to be signed by the General Manager and Chief Employee Representative).
It is required that the tenderer has a legally established company:
— Norwegian companies: A company registration certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises (not older than 6 months);
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the supplier is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must document financial implementation ability. The tenderer must have minimum rating A:
— Documentation shall be presented, verifying the financial capability to fulfil contracts; for example, a credit evaluation/rating not older than 1 year and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially approved credit rating agency.

The tenderer must have a well functioning quality assurance system:
— The contracting authority requests an account of the business' quality assurance system. If the tenderer has third party certification, e.g. ISO 9001, it is sufficient that the tenderer attach this to the tender.
The tenderer must have an environmental management system or plan to implement one. Suppliers must give an account of the internal environmental management system or a certificate from an official quality management institute.
