2014/1926 Framework agreement for building related consumables — Lofoten

Nordland Hospital HF, Norway

Nordland hospital Lofoten is located in the middle of Lofoten, on the island Vestvågøy. The hospital is a local hospital for the 4 Lofot municipalities, Moskenes, Flakstad, Vestvågøy and Vågan, with a total of approx. 24 000 inhabitants. The hospital is a part of Nordlandssykehuset HF, which also includes the hospitals in Bodø. The Operations and Property Department is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of all the buildings connected to the health company.
We have, thus, chosen to establish framework agreements within building related consumables. Planned procurements, contracts and other assignments are not covered by this contract. Attention is drawn to the fact that the estimated volume will vary in relation to the budget and major projects. Call-offs on the framework agreement will, thus, be for the actual need.
The competition will be an open tender competition in accordance with part III of the regulations. The contracts will be for two years, with an option for an extension of 1 + 1 year. The contracting authority is open to entering into a contract with several suppliers, tenders can therefore be submitted for product groups, commodity groups and the entire assortment. The contract will be applicable for Nordlandssykehuset HF department Lofoten.
