The contracting authority shall procure and replace 21 new traffic-controllers for signals during the coming year. The contract includes the delivery, assembly, programming and commissioning of the traffic-controllers, as well as the disassembly and removal of the old traffic-controllers to a prescribed place. In addition the supplier shall, as a part of the delivery, carry out a certain amount of first hand training of the contracting authority's personnel, with a view to troubleshooting, reprogramming etc. The foundations for the traffic-controller are a part of the delivery.
