Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Requirement to present a VAT certificate (National requirement);
— Requirement to submit a tax certificate for tax (national requirement);
— Requirement to present a self-declaration in accordance with the Regulation's Annex 2 on HSE (National requirement);
— If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the General Contractor and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.
Furthermore, a statement should be given for the business form and the composition of the working partnership, including the participants' organisation numbers.

— Tenderers shall provide information on equity and total assets from the last reported accounts. If there are any significant changes to the tenderer's equity and solvency in comparison to the last audited accounts, documentation about this must be submitted;

— Information must be provided on the tenderer's total turnover and the turnover related to relevant works for each of the last 3 financial years. Relevant work is understood to be work of the same type as that included in the tender documentation.

— Tenderer's are required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant;
— The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Staffing for this assignment (organisation chart) with names and CVs for key persons who will perform the assignment;
— Overview of the 3-5 last and most relevant equivalent assignments carried out or being carried out during the last 5 years, cf. the tender documentation Chapter E2 4.1.1;
— Information on assignments that the tenderer has had during recent years, with the names of references at the contracting authority, cf. the tender documentation Chapter E2 4.1.2;
— The H1-value is to be documented by filling in the tender documentation's form E2 4.2.1. If the H1-value is higher than 10, an account shall be given of the developing trend for the H1-value and possibly the F-value, which will express the severity of any high H1-value. Furthermore, a report on whether improvement measures are implemented, and if so, also documentation on the effectiveness of these, shall be enclosed with the tender;
