15/7378 Competition — framework agreement for the hire of multi-functional machines

Rogaland fylkeskommune

Rogaland county and Kolumbus AS, hereafter called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for the hire of multi-functional machines. The framework agreement will choose one tenderer for the entire framework agreement. Rogaland county and Kolumbus AS are independent legal objects and will sign separate contracts with the winner of the competition. Rogaland county has the secretariat function in the procurement and will handle all contact with tenderers in the competition.
The contracting authority currently has a framework agreement with Konica Minolta Business Solutions Norway AS. Each machine has an underlying contract for 5 years. The contracting authority currently has approx. 190 multi-functional machines in the different entities. The underlying contracts for approx. 80 % of these machines expire during the new contract period.
The ICT and Archive Section administers ICT for all the entities in Rogaland county, in addition to the company Tannhelse Rogaland and the limited company Kolumbus AS.
The machines will be gradually replaced during the contract period. Only new machines shall be offered. Procurements of multi-functional machines fall outside this framework agreement.
Based on figures from 2014, this framework agreement will have a total value of approx. 15 000 000 NOK over 4 years. This amount is an estimate and it can deviate throughout the new framework agreement.
