St. Olavs Hospital HF, department for clinical pharmacology wants to enter into contract* for the procurement of one (1) pipette robot and framework agreement** for equipment dependent products (*Rack shall be included in the tender offer; equipment that shall be on the work table plus the table itself. **Pipette tips and reagent vessel).
Refer to the market research with Doffin no. 131661 and TED publication 164520-2014 (12.05.2015) where we received feedback from two tenderers.
The department analyses approx. 60 000 samples of urine, 40 000 samples of serum and 5 000 samples of full blood per annum and intends to have as many of the analysis methods as possible prepared on the pipette robot. It is expected that the number of samples of full blood will increase during the next few years.
A contract will be entered into (see AKS documents) for one (1) pipette robot and an option for two (2) additional pipette robots; whereby the first option will be triggered during 2016/2017. Also a framework agreement for consumables over two years with an option for up to three (3) years (one year + one year + one year during the instrument's lifetime).
