The delivery of high quality glasses for wine tasting carried out by the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly's employees. The glasses shall also be used in connection with other special occasions at the Norwegian Wine and Spirits MonopolyDependent on price, the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly expects to purchase between approx. 8 000 and approx. 13 000 high quality glasses, over a 2 year period.There are approx. 2 000 employees in the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly, and provided a favourable price is offered, the Wine and Spirits Monopoly shall in 2015 purchase three glasses as presents to each employee. Alternatively, two glasses to each employee.The Wine and Spirits Monopoly requests option for the same number in 2016.The glasses shall be delivered as a gift pack to approx. 300 shops in Norway, as well as the chain office. The deadline for delivery of glasses is 5 December 2015. Any equivalent delivery in accordance with agreement, shall be delivered before Christmas 2016.

Dependent on price, the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly expects to purchase between approx. 8 000 and approx. 13 000 high quality glasses, over a 2 year period.

Company Registration Certificate Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
Tax certificate Requirement: The tenderer shall have delivered their tax statements and paid taxes and employers' national insurance contributions. Documentation: Certificate for payment of taxes and social security contributions — issued by the chief municipal treasurer, and no more than 6 months old.

VAT certificate. Requirement: The tenderer shall have delivered their tax statements and paid Value Added tax (VAT). Documentation: Certificate for payment of VAT — issued by the tax collector/county revenue inspector. Must not be more than 6 months old.

HSE self-declaration. Requirement: The tenderer must guarantee that the company works systematically to comply with the regulations in the health, safety and environment legislation and that it satisfies the Internal Control Regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the organisation is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the Contracting Authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding of health, environment and safety.
