AS Vinmonopolet (The Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly)

The Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly wishes to enter into an agreement on co-operation with one provider who can provide all services within graphical design and editorial design in connection with the production of a customer magazine, internal periodical, annual reports and other publications. Some film production may also be relevant. It may also be requirements in relation to adaptation of the customer magazine, in such a way that the magazine is available on tablets.

Company Registration Certificate Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documented by: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country.
Tax certificate Requirement: The tenderer shall have delivered their tax statements and paid taxes and employers' national insurance contributions. Documentation: Certificate for payment of taxes and social security contributions — issued by the chief municipal treasurer, and no more than 6 months old.

VAT certificate. Requirement: The tenderer shall have delivered their tax statements and paid Value Added tax (VAT). Documentation: Certificate for payment of VAT — issued by the tax collector/county revenue inspector. Must not be more than 6 months old.

HSE self-declaration. Requirement: The tenderer must guarantee that the company works systematically to comply with the regulations in the health, safety and environment legislation and that it satisfies the Internal Control Regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the organisation is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the Contracting Authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding of health, environment and safety. Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Financial Requirement: Sufficient economic solidity is required. Documented by: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform,Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer may prove his financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 1: Experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. The following documentation is required as proof that required requirements are met: Requirement 1: The company's most important relevant and comparable assignment/deliveries the last 5 years, including short description of the delivery, duration of the project and recipient/client. The creative ability will also be emphasised.

—Requirement 2: A very good execution and delivery ability is required. The following documentation is required as proof that the set requirements are met: Requirement 2: Description of the organisation, hereunder the quality of the personnel for handling this type of delivery. The attached reference form shall be completed, in accordance with requirement 1.

Requirement 3: Experience from simple film production is required. The following documentation shall be submitted: Requirement 3: Description of resources, as well as examples from assignments regarding film production. The documentation shall substantiate that the requirement is fulfilled.
