Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Company Registration Certificate Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documented by: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country.

Tax certificate Requirement: The tenderer shall have delivered their tax statements and paid taxes and employers' national insurance contributions. Documentation: Certificate for payment of taxes and social security contributions — issued by the chief municipal treasurer, and no more than six months old.

VAT certificate. Requirement: The tenderer shall have delivered their tax statements and paid Value Added tax (VAT). Documentation: Certificate for payment of VAT — issued by the tax collector/county revenue inspector. Must not be more than six months old.

HSE self-declaration. Requirement: The tenderer must guarantee that the company works systematically to comply with the regulations in the health, safety and environment legislation and that it satisfies the Internal Control Regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the organisation is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the Contracting Authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding of health, environment and safety. Documented by: Signed HSE declaration form. See the attachment.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Financial Requirement: Sufficient economic solidity is required. Documented by: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform,Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer may prove his financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.
