Requirements are made on the tenderer's organisational and legal position 3.1, mandatory requirements. It is required that the tax and VAT certificates not contains arrears, as this may result in the tenderers being rejected from participation in the tender contest.

— Tax certificate (form RF-1244) and VAT certificate, verifying paid taxes and VAT. The certificates shall be issued on the form RF-1244 from the chief municipal treasurer. The certificates must be no more than 6 months old.

— Certificates of registration in a professional register as determined by the laws of the country where the supplier is established, e.g. The Foretaksregistret i Brønnøysund, as well as any established classification for the register where applicable.
