120-BYM-2014 Framework agreement with a service provider for implementation of a lighting plan for the centre of Oslo

The assignment involves a framework agreement for delivery of total contractor services in relation to implementation of a ‘Lighting plan for the centre of Oslo’. The Agency for Urban Environment shall carry out a separate procurement of lighting equipment. The supplier of lighting equipment will be transferred to this contract. The initial areas are prioritised places as well as general lighting inside the Kvadraturen area. This means that the tender contest includes installation of fittings for wire stretch and assembly of pylons, as well as a specified selection of special fittings. The assignment will also include accompanying ‘net prep’ (upgrading/replacement of electric infrastructure) in the areas subject to measures. Admission to Hafslund's high-voltage plant is required in connection with execution of the assignment. Hafslund makes stringent demands to works carried out in the plants and it is necessary that the contractor gets to know about these requirement in connection with preparation of the tender.
Prior to initialisation, the contractor shall make sure that the personnel which shall carry out the works have the necessary safety card for works inside Hafslund's plant. See the contract point 12.
