Travel expenses etc. for the site survey/conference are to be covered by the individual contractors. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Legally established company
A certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the contractor is established.
Tax and VAT certificate(s) must be provided with the tender, showing the status for payment of: tax, advanced payments, garnishments, employers' national insurance contributions and VAT.
Service providers with business addresses in other EEA countries must submit equivalent certificate(s).
All tenderers shall present an HSE self-declaration with the tender. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form, see annex D. The HSE self-declaration must not be more than 6 months old.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit evaluation report must be supplied and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation if necessary.

If the service provider, due to valid reasons, cannot prove the financial position in accordance with the above requirements, the Contracting Authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation.

— An overview of assignments carried out during the last 5 years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important work. The testimonials should state the value, time and place the work was performed and indicate whether the works were professionally and properly completed.

— Information about education and professional qualifications of the contractor and the company's administrative leadership (competence matrix).
— A statement of the service provider's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last 3 years.
— A statement of the implements, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment at the disposal of the service provider for the execution of the contract.
— Central certification or a declaration that the company/organisation is eligible for local certification.
— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies, which confirm the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002.
— The contracting authority will also accept other documentation that shows that the service provider has equivalent quality assurance measures.

Sufficient capacity
Central certification/qualified for local certification in development class 3 Engineering design services and execution.
The service provider shall verify having a: satisfactory quality assurance system.
