The university college would like, in consultation with Statsbygg, who own the building, to establish a new office wing on the roof of the existing building at the Remmen study centre in Halden. The extension shall house 50 office places, with the accompanying support areas such as meeting rooms, communal areas and the necessary technical and building infrastructure.
