Contract K3021 shall deliver a complete refrigerating system with ammonia filling and internal automatics for the refrigerating machines which shall be integrated with the project's centralised operational control system
The building has 2 refrigerating systems with free refrigeration with seawater and refrigerating machines. The building's total cooling requirement is 2,905 kW. There is little local cooling in the building as the refrigerating requirement to a large degree is covered by air-cooling. The following machines shall be delivered:

The condenser heating from the refrigerating machines shall be used in the building's heating plant, as well as for snow melting of outdoor areas. The seawater is used during the winter and work as a heating source for the refrigerating machines in heating modus and for dumping surplus heat from the condensers. District heating is used as peak load for the heating plant. As a back-up for the seawater, network water shall be used for dumping the condenser heating.
The total heating requirement for the building is 2,250 kW, in addition to approx. 400 kW snow melting. The heating is through both floor heating, convectors, radiators as well as air.
Contract K3021 shall be a part of the engineering design and shall provide assistance to the Consultative Engineer for HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV), up until publication of technical contracts, summer 2016.

4. A brief description of the delivery. (Number of refrigerating machines, their capacity in KW, cooling medium. Are the machines also used as a heat pump?)
5. Whether service/maintenance of the installations was a part of the contract.
The tender's key personnel must have the necessary competency and experience within the discipline.
Names and CVs of the key personnel that shall function as the project manager, the foreman and the coordinator of Integration of technical building installations (ITB).
The CVs shall include information about:
1. education and
2. work experience.
For the most relevant reference projects in the CV, the following information shall be provided (maximum 2 A4 pages):
