Quartz slate shall be procured for the facade, internal blending and for coating (slopes) on the roof with the following amounts:
— Facade and cornices: approx. 12 000 m²;
— Internal blending: approx. 2 500 m²;
— Slopes on the roof: approx. 7 500 m².

Quartz schist, i.e. quartz-feldspar rich metamorpic rock containing rhythmically distributed planar lamina (less than 2 millimetre thick) of mica (muscovite and/or biotite), separated by layers composed predominately of Quartz and/or feldspar. The rock can be split along the lamina to slabs varying from 0.5 cm to more than 10 cm in thickness. Other names that are frequently used for this rock type are 'Quartzite schist' or 'Quartzite' (industrial terms) and 'Meta-arkose' (geological term).
Suppliers shall, as a part of the tender, state the correct rock type name of the offered stone type based on NS-EN 12670 and a petrographical examination in accordance with NS-EN 12407.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Participants/applicants are required to have sufficient finances to fulfil the assignment.

Documentation: Annual Financial Statements for the last 2 years, with the accompanying auditor's report. The contracting authority (Statsbygg) reserves the right to obtain your credit evaluation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Participants/applicants are required to document prerequisites for sufficient quarry capacity to deliver the requested quantity with the requested visual and technical qualities within the stated schedule.

Documentation:

Documentation of the quarry's capacity, including an account of historical amounts taken from the quarry in the last 3 years.

A detailed account of the quarry's/tenderer's prerequisites to deliver a homogene delivery with the requested qualities.

Suppliers shall state the place and locality of the quarry, preferably stated with geo co-ordinates. If a delivery is planned from several quarries, all of the quarry locations shall be stated.

— sufficient capacity is required for processing to fulfil the delivery as regards;

— sawing capacity;

— sanding/brushing capacity.

A statement of the implements, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment at the disposal of the supplier for the fulfilment of the contract. The description shall clarify the sawing capacity and the sanding and brushing capacity.

— Sufficient capacity is required to fulfil the contract.

An account of what resources the applicant/tenderer will be available to use for fulfilment of the contract, connected to the extraction of stone, processing the stone and administration. This is include an account of how much of the organisation's capacity will be used for this contract.

— Suppliers shall refer to experience from contracts of a relevant nature, which document the ability to fulfil the contract.

Reference projects: Accounts are to be enclosed of relevant contracts

2-5 projects.

An account shall be given of each reference project including (maximum 2 A4 pages):

— The name of the project and contracting authority;

— A descrption of what was delivered (stone type, processing etc.);

— The delivery's size in m² and NOK;

— The supplier's role and assignments connected to the delivery;

— A contact for a possible site survey;

— Delivery date;

— The key personnel must document relevant competence and experience;

— CVs for the three most central key persons in the tenderer's administrative management and for the most central key persons connected to the execution of the delivery. The CVs shall include an account of education, professional qualifications, work experience and reference projects and the role in the organisation.
