The planned campus consists of eight buildings which are being treated individually. The Framework is divided into two contracts, K210-1 and this contract, K210-2, which together comprise the erection of the framework for the entire building complex, with all primary, supporting steel and concrete constructions including laying foundations.Geographic division of the contracts follows the building's seismic joints and includes:— K210-1 Framework part One: building 142, 143, 151, 152, 153 and 156;— K210-2 Framework part Two: building 154 and 155.Combined, the buildings have a footprint of approx. 27 700 m². The buildings go from U3 to level 4, and lie in sloping terrain so that level U2 and level 1 have exits to the terrain. Large part of U2 are situated with facades against the terrain. U3 is completely under ground and consists mainly of culverts under a limited part of the building.Contract K210-2 Framework part 2 includes foundation laying and erection of the load bearing system for 2 of altogether 8 buildings, with a footprint of 11 500 m². The construction of the framework involves casting of concrete constructions, assembly of prefabricated concrete elements and steel structures,building recesses, castings etc.The buildings shall be founded on rock by a combination of steel core piles, concrete pillars and direct foundations. Slabs will be executed as in-concrete constructions, pre-tensioned form work slabs, biaxial hollow core slabs, hollow core elements and stair elements in concrete. External and internal walls will be executed in in-situ concrete. Columns and beams will be executed mainly as steel structures with circular columns, hollow profiles, IPE beams, welded HSQ beams and L profiles.

The tenderer is required to be a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate determined by the law in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
Complete Annual Financial Statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property (Statsbygg) reserves the right to obtain credit appraisals of the tenderer.
2 tax certificates and VAT certificates shall be submitted:
— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payment, attachment of earnings, employer contributions);
— VAT certificate.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
It is a requirement that the tenderer:
1. Has good experience from assignments with comparative value to this project. Tenderer shall have carried out works of equivalent character in projects of at least 15 000 m².
2. Have experience and competence in HSE.
Ad.1:
A description shall be provided, on approx. 1 A4 page per project, for up at least 2 and up to 4 reference projects of comparative value, with information on, i.a.:
— the name of the project;
— contracting authority;
— the project's size in m² and cost;
— type of building;
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT;
— content in the contract.
Start-up date and completion date.
Ad.2:
Description of experience and competence related to HSE. Approx. 1 A4 page.
