The planned campus consists of eight buildings that are to be dealt with individually. The framework is divided into two separate contracts: K210-1 Framework part 1 (this contract) and K210-2 Framework part 2. Together these comprise the construction of the framework for the entire building complex, with all the primary, supporting steel and concrete constructions, including the foundations.Geographically, the division of the contracts follows the buildings' earthquake joints and comprises:— K210-1 Framework part 1: buildings 142, 143, 151, 152, 153 and 156,— K210-2 Framework part 2: buildings 154 and 155.The buildings have a total footprint of approx. 27 700 m². The buildings go from U3 to level 4 and are located on sloping terrain, so that level U2 and level 1 have exits to the terrain. Large parts of U2 are located with facades facing the terrain. U3 is entirely below the terrain and mainly consists of culverts under a limited part of the building.Contract K210-1 Framework part 1 comprises foundations and the construction of a supporting system for six of a total of eight buildings, with a footprint of 16 200 m². The construction of the framework involves casting concrete constructions, assembling prefabricated concrete elements and steel constructions, technical building recesses, moulding inserts etc.The buildings are to be founded on rock by a combination of steel core piles, concrete pilasters and direct foundations. Covers are to be made out of concrete constructions cast on site, biaxial hole covering elements, hole covering elements and stair elements in concrete. The outer and inner walls are to be made out of concrete cast on site. Pillars and beams will mainly be steel constructions with circular pillars, hole profiles, IPE-beams, welded HSQ-beams and L-profiles.
