The relocation of the Norwegian Veterinary Institute and the joint localisation of the Norwegian University of Life Sciences at Campus Ås gives a unique possibility to develop an eminent environment for education and research within Life Sciences in Norway. The merger of the institutions to one new university and proximity to the Norwegian Veterinary Institute shall allow for an expert professional environment where professional synergies and an identity creating, future orientated and broad professional community are in focus.The total area of the new buildings are approx. 63 000 m² In order to exploit the slope in the terrain, from east to west, a basement is planned — ‘the Base’ — with an area of approx. 28 000 m². The areas in the Base are mainly for animal facilities, morphology and laboratories as well as goods reception and areas for handling waste and purifying water. Most of the functions in the Base are on floor U2, whilst floor U1 is a technical middle floor. U3 is mainly a culvert system for conveying technical installations as well as for inspection/maintenance. The buildings otherwise include laboratories, animal hospital and a horse clinic in addition to general study areas and office work spaces.This contract applies to:Construction manager contract 2. Technical construction management — electro and HVAC and sanitary installations.The assignment will be paid in accordance with the number of hours worked.The main emphasis of the assignment shall be executed from 2017 and after. However some assistance will also be required in 2016.

The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity.

Two tax certificates shall be submitted:
— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payment, attachment of earnings, employer contributions);
— VAT certificate.
The company shall have a secure financial implementation ability to fulfil the contract.
Complete annual financial accounts for the last 3 years with the auditor's reports.

The tenderer shall have sufficient:
Experience with construction manager assignments from projects in the range of 15 000 m² or more, and that can be compared with the Campus Ås project in regards to complexity.
A statement of the most relevant reference projects (minimum 2 and maximum 5) implemented the previous 5 years.
The following information shall be given for each of the reference projects:
1. A brief description of the building/type of buildings.
2. The scope of the building projects (m² and NOK).
3. Type of construction manager contract (main construction manager, technical construction manager, etc.) as well as the contract value.
4. Date of implementation.
5. Contracting authority.
6. Contract practise/contract division (number of co-ordinated contracts).
7. Which conditions in the reference project that are of particular relevance to the Campus Ås project.
NB! Information related to the reference projects shall be stated and numbered in accordance with the list above. This point does not include individual employees' CVs and references.
The company must have a QA system.
