Contract K207 Ground works, comprises establishment of permanent support structure in the form of sheet piles and all bulk handling of excavation and blasting works for the establishment of the building site in the SLP project. The contract includes rearranging of on-site matter with the withdrawal of rock fragments down to the excavation level under the surface of U2 and for culverts in U3. There are large existing differences in height on the site for the new building and these are being secured by establishing permanent stay anchored sheet piles toward the north, east and south. Also included in the contract is the establishment of site construction roads for access to the building site and areas around the building site.The contract includes complete rig for own works. At the same time as the implementation of contract K207, other contractors will be operating on the site; this concerns K100 Contractor for the Builder's barracks, K200 Contractor for roads/infrastructure and K205 Contractor for demolition works.For a more detailed description of this contract's scope (K207) refer to book 0 and other project documents.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The extent of turnover will also be emphasised.

Statsbygg reserves the right to carry out a credit appraisal of all the tenderers.
Tax certificates must be submitted:
— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payment, attachment of earnings, employer contributions);
— VAT certificate.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have significant experience from assignments of a comparative value to this project.
A description shall be provided, of approx. 1 A4 page per project, for a maximum of 4 reference projects of comparative value, with information on, amongst other things:
— the project name;
— contracting authority;
— the project's size in m² and cost;
— type of construction;
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT;
— type of contract;
— start date and completion date.
