The objective of the assignment is to enter into an agreement with a service provider who can offer development plan professional competence and an interdisciplinary environment. The scope of the assignment will take place over some time, and the requirement for contribution from the consultant will vary. It is therefore important that the consultant has capacity, but also is available on short notice from the contracting authority. It is also vital that the consultant is familiar with the local plan area and Oslo municipality's local plan practise. The 1st part of the service shall tentatively be provided from the start of contract and until the end of 2016. The main part of the contract is in force from the development plan is submitted the Agency for Real Estate and Urban Renewal for first time consideration.
