Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
— Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate.
— Foreign tenderers: Must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
The tenderer's tax and VAT payments shall be in order.
Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate.
Information on tax certificates can be found at: www.skatteetaten.no The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn: www.altinn.no Foreign service providers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities. The certificate cannot be older than 6 months at the tender deadline (Article 2,11).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have a healthy economy and the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Documentation: Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 12 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating shall be credit worthy or higher.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from similar contracts.
Documentation: Enclose a list with an overview of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in Europe, including the last delivery from an equivalent assignment, for the last 3 years.
Documentation: The description shall include a statement of the assignment's value, period and recipient (name/telephone No/reference person). As well as a short description of the work/assignment.
Tenderers shall have experience from the relevant trade.
Documentation: A description of the tenderer's company history, ownership, size and places, as well as copies of the tenderer's product catalogue and brochures.
