Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The Contracting Authority will evaluate the supplier's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:

— Latest submitted annual financial statements with notes including auditor's report.

— Suppliers are free to substantiate their economic and financial standing by any other document, including for example by a parent company guarantee.

— The contracting authority will obtain rating reports from www.solidtet.no (delivered by Bisnode Credit AS) to verify that the suppliers have sufficient economic and financial ability.

The contracting authority will evaluate whether the supplier has sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contractual obligations, with emphasis on whether or not the supplier has profitable operations, positive cash flow the last year, and positive equity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— List of the most important, relevant deliveries or services performed during the past three years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients. This can include both the tenderer's own deliveries and central employed persons' contributions in deliveries in previous working relationships.

— Overview of the supplier's total work strength.

— Overview of the supplier's available personnel (number) per resource category and service area (see annex B of the framework agreement - Prices).

— If a tenderer will use sub suppliers, a binding statement shall be enclosed that shows that the tenderer can use the necessary resources during the entire contract period. (See annex 4).

Attention is drawn to the fact that the key personnel's competence and experience (CV) is a separate award criteria (see point 4), and shall not be assessed under the supplier's qualifications.
