VÅ-14-05: Designing of reconstruction and new construction for Vågåheimen Nursing Home

Vågå kommune

Vågå kommune intends to enter into agreement for the purchase of architectural and consulting services related to a larger overall project for Helsebygg in connection with Vågåheimen and the surrounding area. Basically, this is three projects;
1. Total reconstruction of B-wing at Vågåheimen
2. Snikkerstugu communities - new communities for people in the early stages of dementia. This is a new construction which shall be built in connection to Vågåheimen
3. Reconstruction of social security/care housing by Vågåheimen.
These are projects which are all within close proximity/associated with Vågåheimen and must be seen as part of the larger overall project. It is therefore very important for the Contracting Authority to end up with a design group that are capable of seeing the individual projects as part of the bigger picture, so that the end result is a comprehensive solution of high quality for the entire area in and around Vågåheimen.

Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the supplier is established.

Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Regulations attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have adequate financial capacity for completion of the contract. Documented by an expanded report from Bisnode AS. Alternatively authority to acquire this can be given to Abakus AS. Requirement for participation is a minimum credit rating of A or AN.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tendering businesses shall document a minimum of one equivalent project during the last 10 years.
Approval for the right to accept responsibility in action class 3 for Fire Concept, Command System, emergency lighting and fire alarm system, and Process Control system. Approval for the right to accept responsibility in action class 2 for other parts of the projects.

The tenderer shall have an environmental management system to ensure a low environmental impact when carrying out the delivery.
