Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Health, Environment and Safety (HES) Company Statement, see attachment 2.
— Tax statement from inland revenue authorities (Norway: Form RF-1244), at Applicant main office.
— VAT statement from tax collector authorities. (Norway: Skattefogden (Form RF-1244) at Applicant main office.
— Social Insurance Payment Statements.
— Company certificate, ”Firmaattest” (Norwegian Companies).
— Documentation from national trade index or legal company index in the country for Company registration/Main Office (Foreign Companies).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The Application shall include a financial rating issued by an internationally recognized rating agency The rating shall include financial and economical information for the last three years.
— Board and accountant declarations for the last three years. Other information relevant to economical and financial situation shall be added.
In case of a joint Application of more than one individual or company as a joint venture, consortium or working partnership, the above requirements shall be applied on all members of this association.
— The Applicant must submit a surety issued to the Client or a promise to issue such surety from an approved EU/EEA finance institution of not less than 2.000.000 EUR for this Project.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— The Applicant shall demonstrate sufficient financial and economical solidity;
— Credit rating AA or better.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Projects during the last 3 years relevant to this Project, including contract value, year of completion, client's/operator's name, address and contact person/ contact data.
— Description of process to be applied and reference to relevant process plant.
— Overview of Company and pertinent areas of expertise. Information on resources with relevance to this Project.
— The Applicant shall give a short description of available resources such as machinery, production facilities, workshops, engineering capacities etc. relevant for this Project. This description has to contain at minimum:
a. List of Machinery/equipment which the Applicant manufactures in his own workshops
b. List of machines/equipment/appliances contained in his workshops
c. State number of staff and labour at his workshops
d. Describe annual throughput capacity of his workshops, e.g. tonnage of steel processed
e. State capacity of his design office and software used
— The Applicant shall give a short description of relevant contracts pertaining to this Project, both those that apply to this date as well as those due to be completed at a future date plus giving the present and prospected order backlog.
— Description of company management system/- Quality management system. Documentation of company;
— Quality Policy;
— Quality Management Manual (only Index);
— Audit Protocol;
— Certificates

— The Applicant shall describe the technology and document that the applied technology has been proven on similar application with success.
— The Applicant must describe his capabilities to implement the project.

— The Applicant shall have a good and functional Quality management system.
