Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— HSE self-declaration.
HSE declaration; not older than 3 years, calculated from the tender deadline.
— Company Registration Certificate;
Confirmation of registration in the Register of Business Enterprises.
— Foreign companies: Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the contractor is established. As a minimum the documentation shall state: The company's name, registration no, business address, who shall act on the company's behalf/sign for the company.

— Copy of certification in accordance with the Planning and Building Act or alternatively documentation that substantiates that one will achieve local certification for the relevant works.
In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other suppliers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be enclosed for them, as well as a binding statement.
— Foreign contractors must present equivalent documentation in accordance with the law in the country where the contractor is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Tax certificate;
Tax and VAT certificates must not be older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline.
— VAT certificate.
— Auditor approved accounts for the last 2 years. If a tenderer has further information that ought to be taken into consideration, this is to be enclosed.
The company's most recent annual report as well as description of any conditions from the current financial year which are of importance for the accounting figures.
— Credit rating which is no more than 6 months old. The credit rating shall be for the company that submits the tender (a credit rating from the parent company will not be accepted without a binding guarantee).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The credit rating must fulfil at least A or B.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Documentation of the company's certifications in accordance with the Planning and Building Act.
— Presentation of at least 3 assignments that the contractor has carried out in the last 7 years for equivalent projects. Equivalent projects means projects of the same or higher contract cost, carried out as a turnkey contract. Assignments will a lower contract cost and/or other contract form will not be assessed. The contract cost and contract form with the year must be given.

— List of all assignments carried out by the contractor in the last 10 years, regardless of size and contract form.
The contractor is to have the right to use the necessary resources.
— Binding declaration or other documentation that documents to the contracting authority that the contractor can use the necessary resources.
— List of sub contractors and their share of the total extent.
— Organisation plan for the project.
— A copy, if any, of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
— If a certificate cannot be presented; An account of the contractor's quality assurance system. Applies to progress, quality assurance of the work and HSE. Maximum 2 x A4.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
As a minimum requirement the contractor is to have, or be qualified for, certification for execution in development classes 2 or 3.
