Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirements:

— The tenderer shall have a good record regarding tax and VAT payments

— The contractor shall enclose a HSE self-declaration.

— The supplier must be a legally established enterprise

Documentation:

— Tax certificate, obtained from the local tax collection office.

— VAT certificate, obtained from the tax office.

The certificates must not be older than 6 months. Foreign suppliers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian ones.

— Completed and signed HSE self-declaration.

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

— Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirements:

— The supplier must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Documentation:

— The company's last 2 Financial Statement including notes, management's annual reports and audit reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

— A credit rating from a certified credit rating company, not older than 3 months, is to be enclosed.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirements:

— The supplier must have the capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

— Relevant experience from corresponding assignments is required

-— A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.

— The supplier is required to posses or be able to obtain necessary government approvals for completing the contract.

Documentation:

— Confirmation that the contractor has sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract in accordance with the progress plan.

— Enclose the company organisation including an overview of the total capacity with functions

— Overview of the contractor's most relevant contracts in the last five years, including their value, date and recipient.

— A statement of the supplier's quality assurance/ management system to ensure that the assignment is carried out in a most efficient and purposeful manner, including systems to ensure protection of interdisciplinary environment and climate requirements.

— Valid certificate for central certification for the right to be responsible for development class 3 for SØK, PRO and UTF.

— Documentation that the business meets the requirements of local responsibility right for the initiative within the same development class and function as stated above.
