The developer/lessee intends to start using the teaching huts by 15.8.2014. These must be operational until the summer of 2016. Work during the 2014 summer holidays must be anticipated.This competitive tender procedure relates to a turnkey contract for the construction and leasing of teaching huts for approx. 24 months. This means that the contracting authority will be both the developer and the lessee during the contract term.Approx. 900 m2 (floor space) of teaching huts on 1 level.Solutions selected must be in cooperation with the contracting authority. The developer requires 3 modules.The contract work involves designing, supplying and assembling teaching huts, leasing for approx. 24 months and dismantling/removal of the pavilion after expiry of the lease. The turnkey contractor must be the responsible applicant, and applications will be submitted in 1 step.The contract includes groundworks and protection works, connection to external technical infrastructure, foundations, supply and assembly of complete modules.Leasing costs and dismantling costs must also be anticipated.The tender must include all relevant specialist fields, inc. technical installations, but not ‘loose’ inventory.

Entrances must have wheelchair access.
